- Mr. K. K. Nohria, Chairman,
Board of Directors,
Mr. Nohria is currently the Chairman of Crompton Greaves Ltd. Mr. Nohria
currently holds positions in numerous industry associations, professional
bodies, educational institutes and research institutes and also serves
as Chairman of the Board of Directors for numerous Indian companies.
Mr. Nohria was the President of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Furthermore, he is a member of the National Council for the Confederation
of Indian Industry and the Executive Council for the Council of EU Chambers
of Commerce in India.
Mr. Nohria has also served as the President of the India Management Association
Some of Mr. Nohria former positions include President of the India Electrical & Electronics
Manufacturer's Association, Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry
(WR), President of the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering and
President of the Indian Value Engineering Society. Mr. Nohria received
his B.S in Electrical Engineering from Benares Engineering College, Benares
Hindu University in India.

Mr.Chetan Sanghvi has served as the President of CoreEl Microsystems,
Inc from 1992 to 1996 and is presently Chief Executive Officer of Paxonet
Communications Inc; He worked from Sep1980 to Sept 1983 as a Senior Design
engineer at INTEL Corp, where he was involved in developing the architecture
of 386 Processor. He received his M.S in Electrical Engineering from
the University of Houston and B.Tech in electrical engineering from I.I.T
, Kharagpur, India

Babu, Managing
Director,
Mr. Ramesh Babu has served as Dy General Manager, Networking Division
of Crompton Greaves Ltd from Apr 1996 to Sept 1998. He served as the
General Manager , Technical for CG-CoreEl Logic Systems, Bangalore from
Oct 1998 to Sept 1999. Mr. Babu served as the Sr.Scientific Officer at
I.C.A.R , Ministry of Agriculture and he received his B.E. degree from
Andhra University in July 1973 and M.Tech in June 1978 from I.I.T , Kharagpur,
India.
- Mr. P. Vishwanath, VP
(Business Development),
Mr Vishwanath has served as the Sales Manager for CG-CoreEl Logic Systems
Ltd., from 1996 to 1999 and was responsible for the Xilinx FPGA and Mentor
Graphics EDA Sales activities. Prior to that he served as Senior Executive
with Viewlogic and Zuken Redac distributor in India, from 1992 to 1996.
He has received his B. E degree from Mysore University in 1990.
- Mr. P. Wikneswaran, Principal Consultant,
Mr Wikneswaran has served as Sr Application Engineer in CG-CoreEl Logic
Systems Ltd. From 1995 to 1999. He also served as the Training Manager
and has conducted several Training programme on FPGA Architecture and
HDL coding techniques for Indian Corporate Customers. Mr Wikneswaran
is a graduate from Chartered Engineers of U. K
